Description
BACHornDoctor Auction Yamaha Xeno Trumpet - Custom Satin Finnish Photos Below Description: Up for auction is a fantastic Bb professional trumpet made by Yamaha. This instrument belongs to the "Xeno" line. These relatively new models are the some of the best instruments that Yamaha has ever offered, and the fine craftsmanship has impressed many professional musicians and won their endorsement. Allen Vizzutti, Randy Brecker, Rex Richardson, and many more of the world's finest classical and jazz musicians play and love their Xeno trumpets. This model is the YTR8335RG, which features a one-piece hand hammered and annealed bell that delivers a pure, uniform sound throughout all registers. The seam in the bell is laser-fused and pluzuma-welded, forming an almost seamless bell. The hand lapped pistons and slides make for superior-feeling action and reliable performance. In addition, a reversed tuning slide, a thick leadpipe, and a heavy mouthpiece receiver allow for great focus and response. The bore measures .459" and the bell is 4 7/8" in diameter. The body material is yellow brass, while the leadpipe and bell are gold brass. This particular horn is almost brand new! The one previous owner has asked us to sell the instrument for him on consignment and has set a very reasonable reserve price given its immaculate condition. The custom "satin finnish" that the previous owner had done to the instrument provides a frosty, matte look that is quite distinctive. Take advantage of this great deal and take home a phenomenal trumpet at a fraction of the cost of a new one! Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!! Terms: I WILL accept international bidding. Shipping in the lower 48 U.S. will be $37.00. Insurance is in the hands of the high bidder. International Shipping will vary. You can expect at least $80 to most locations. Again Insurance will be up to the winning bidder in that case. I will accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. Please allow time for personal checks to clear. Unfortunately dealing with PayPal on items of this magnitude end up costing too much money on my end, so I prefer not to use PayPal for this item. If you have any questions at all please email me at doc(at)bachorndoctor(dot)com. Good luck and happy bidding!! Photos
