It is either German or French or RUSSIAN origins and appears to be either early or mid 19th century. I'm leaning towards WWII era. It is in good condition with some minor scratches and a few tiny dings but overall is in very good condition.  The brass has good patina and is very solid. Made of thick brass construction .Very nice antique collector condition. Great edition for your collection. Make a strong sound. Came from Russian Cossack immigrant collection.
