In March 1903 Russian Emperor issued a degree to award the 4th, 5th and 6th hundreds of the Regiment with St George silver bugles, bearing appropriate inscriptions, for heroic deeds and courage during the battle against the Chinese. The bugle is made of silver and small maker markings and “84” silver standard marks are stamped on the smaller tube. Fine condition though the surface has lost much of its original shiny colour.
