The convenience of this three-part system allows for easy installation requiring no tools at all. To meet the needs of working musicians we offer the Easy Wayt ™ in two weights, 6-oz, and 8-oz, and in various sizes to fit any popular model trombone. The Easy Wayt ™ is also offered in a variety of finishes to suit your particular instrument. Epoxy Lacquer (Bright or Satin) 6 ounce - $99 8 ounce- $114 This is a new product offered by our custom brass pro shop here in the Kansas City Area. Every weight will be given a serial number stamped on the inside of the weight. Right now we have weights to fit a majority of professional level trombones. S.E. Shires Company, Bach Stradivarius (Bach 42, 12, 16, 6, 8, 36), Conn (6H, 8H, 88H, 78H etc.) King (2B, 3B, 4B etc.) Martin (Steinmeyer, Urbie Green) We will be expanding our selection to suit any instrument you can get your hands on. The feedback so far has been excellent. Not only do these provide comfort and convenience, the response of the instrument seems to also benefit. We have had several musicians comment on how the weight locks their horn in and helps center. This can be explained by the design of the weight. Unlike other counterweights made of inexpensive pot metal and require two screws that essentially squeeze the brace, the Easy Wayt™ provides a tight fit that completely hugs the brace and is machined out of solid brass bar stock and milled precisely to fit the diameter of the brace. This design is what improves the energy transfer and ultimately the response of the instrument. We ABSOLUTELY offer this product on approval. We can extend a 10 day trial period.
