This mouthpiece is used on those early 1940s and 1950s Olds vintage cornets with the large shank receiver.  It has measurements of 27 throat, 0.63" cup and 0.39" depth.  It has been gold-plated for that special vintage cornet of yours. Throw away that old Bach cornet mouthpiece with the tape to make it work - get the real thing!
