It comes with 2 mouth pieces, a 5C and a 7C. It also comes in a very nice velvet lined fitted case with cleaning brushes and grease. It was a step up instrument for our daughter and played for 2 years. It was professionally cleaned and serviced in 2007after she finished with it in high school. It is my understanding that this is a desirable pre-strike instrument. It is in wonderful condition with only a couple minor blemishes. It was very well taken care of.
