I bought this Strad Trumpet brand new in 1983. The horn has limited playing time. I hardly ever played it. I swapped to playing a Large Bore Trumpet so this horn has spent a Greal Deal of it life sitting in its case. It hasn't been actively played for years now. The case I'm selling it in is also in Very Good Condition. I couldn't fit the pictures I took of it in the auction page so if you would like to see them send me your email address, and I'll send them to you. The silver Plate on the horn is in near perfect condition - it shows no wear at all. Not all of the pictures show how shinny the horn is. You can believe me though. This horn is very shinny! The only blimish on the horn is where a small ding was taken out from the bottom part of its bell near the bell rim. It can't been seen unless you look for it. I tried to show it in the pictures, but it didn't show up. You might want to take a good look for it on the bell pictures anyway though. It's taken me a long time to decide to let this beauty go.
